As you can see from the website, we have a lot of exciting plans going on and are so happy you have decided to join in on the fun with us.
For the introduction, I would like to encourage everyone reading this post to do something they may have never done before. If you have, please feel free to pass on some encouragement to others who are just learning this technique.
In this moment right here, I am going to share a photo with you, that I would like for you to ponder on. Think about and feel how it is speaking to you. This can be in many forms so do not limit yourself.
Now that you are getting a new depth of perception, stare for a bit at that photo and allow it to come a live in your mind. Ask yourself.... Where are they? Why are they just sitting there? What made them come to this place? How are they feeling? Then I want you start writing it down.
For instance, something like.... It always comforted him to know there was a special place he could go and be free from all that worries him. Where the weight of the world is lifted and it is only him and the creation around him, like a blanket of peace and love, to guide him along his journey back to himself.
